I'm sure that there are these fanatics with military experience who can teach someone to handle a weapon. Doesn't need to be formal training from some secret service, especially when the target is unarmed civilians.

Did it look like US Navy Seal training to you, Ron? After all, that's what the Australian bloke said on his website...

Is there anything that happens that you don’t think is a conspiracy Ron? I mean it would save everyone a lot of time if we focus on those,

I’ve never given the NZ PM a moment’s thought, but I’ve got to admit that I’m enjoying the way she’s winding up right wingers.

By the way, yeah, fuck off Ron and take Captain Bongo with you.

Mossad training was necessary to deduce that there might be Muslims in a Mosque?

You're not making things better for yourself.

When West Ham took Arsenal's North Bank, I was very impressed with the military precision with which they first distracted the Gooners, and then took them by complete surprise.

I didn't realise Mossad were behind it all, though

Groan!

I wasn't going to post anything more on this thread, but the various numbskulls who've posted about their firearms 'experience' leave me no choice to clarify what should already have been clear from the sum of my previous posts.

So, taking these two posts together;

"I watched that, with bated breath, right up to the point where he took aim outside the entrance.

I wasn't going to watch any actual shooting."

Re: Mass Shooting in New Zealand Mosque
I note that people are taking an 'a priori' approach to Golden Oldie's posts, instead of proper analysis of each point he puts forward.

I will make these points;

Tarrant clearly has training in what he did. ........."

Deductive reasoning (if you're capable) will conclude that I'm only commenting on what he did up to the point where the shooting was about to commence, because I didn't see anything else.

So, it should now be clear that I was not talking about training in how to point a gun and pull the trigger.
There are other things he did that indicated a very well thought out plan. Military precision.
If you can source the video, take a look at the first few minutes, and see if you can work it out.

Over and out.

It's really not. Do expressing this concern bother you so much that you need to edge into being insulting?

I have no problem with rallying around people - as I said New
York, Edmonton, Ottawa did it - and denouncing it, of course.
But..
By your logic rally around the victims of terror would prevent the other side from acting. Everyone rallied round Ebba Åkerlund It did not prevent this guy, who saw her and other specific victims making it the sick reason he says did what he did. Warped logic as it is.

Edmonton is tolerant place for Muslims as I have been and it did prevent what happened.

Again the footage has already spread. Do you think the 3 people arrested are the only ones in New Zealand that have it? It is what the gunman specifically wanted, to make more disaffected people.

ISIS are not the local community. They don’t see things that way. This fucking ‘erbert from another country has put NZ on the map for all the wrong reasons.

It must be hard being so concerned about the sky falling on your head, or big brother watching you all the time ioc.

It must be really tiring.

I was reading an article this morning about ISIS calling for retaliation, and it got me thinking.

What would stop the local Muslims, should any feel the need, from retaliating against the whites, or the Christians, or the Australians living in NZ, or whoever?

I reckon having the entire country rally around the Muslim population, supporting them in their hour of need, denouncing this sort of behaviour, and having the government and big businesses specifically trying to stop the spread of footage showing the massacre would be quite a good place to start.

I would always be concerned with anything that has "by whatever means necessary" tacked onto it.

I don't know how banning video is protecting the country still.

You're concerned that our government wants to protect the country and stop this sort of shit in it's tracks by whatever means necessary?

I'm not, I'm glad they are.

Crassus, that is just how we like it here. You can keep all your big country problems over there. We're absolutely fine with our lost budgies in the news.

People say that about Canada but less than two years ago in city I lived for 10 years, a guy stabbed a cop and then tried to run down people on the main street in rental van.

Having hugely wide streets and tons of room is probably what saved a bunch of lives.

NZ is a fabulous place and gets busy once a year welcoming in the new year, but beyond it is the place nothing happened (Monty Python style) I mean, fuck me, real lost budgie found in a tree newsworthy stuff

It is your country.

Canadians felt similar but have had minor acts (single deaths max) on a semi-regular basis, though they have still been lucky. Their last big gun wielding terrorist was not near as smart as this guy. He attacked a place with a bunch armed guards and only killed one person.

A concerning attitude to me. Who decides when it is the next "exceptional" situation?

Toe Rag 10:45 Wed Mar 20
Re: Mass Shooting in New Zealand Mosque
This is exactly what happens when you allow unfettered access to your country by backward, inbred, alien cultures who would be better off living amongst the sand and dust of their own countries which they’ve rendered virtually uninhabitable.

I am of course talking about Australians.

East Auckland Hammer 10:32 Wed Mar 20
Re: Mass Shooting in New Zealand Mosque
Yep, and the video has been classified as objectionable by the Chief Censor of NZ, meaning that possessing it, distributing it and hosting it in NZ are now all illegal.

In fact, 2 or 3 people are already facing charges over that.

I am absolutely ok with that.

I think you probably have a view of politics that has been coloured by both North American and UK exposure.

I don't think we have anything to worry about. We've had leaders I don't like before, and we will again.

This is an exceptional situation which as required exceptional action.
